Nestled in coastal South Devon, is an accessible cosy self catering cabin designed for those who crave a peaceful escape from the daily rush. Whether you are looking to unwind and enjoy the country views, snuggle up on a romantic getaway or escape to discover beaches and coastal towns, Oak Tree Cabin is the perfect location for both relaxation and exploration.


The open plan studio looks out onto rolling Devon farmland and from the moment you arrive you will feel totally connected to the outdoors. Picture yourself sipping a morning coffee, sat on the decking taking in the views – it’s a wonderful way to start the day. Inside the cabin is an inviting space with comfortable furnishings, a wood burning stove, modern amenities and all the little touches that make a stay feel like home from home. 


The much-loved Bantham and Bigbury beaches are both within four miles, perfect for those who enjoy a simple dip or a bit of surfing. Alternatively the South West Coast Path provides a huge range of walks revealing a host of hidden beaches. Dartmoor is not too far away either, the perfect destination for hiking or biking, its rustic tones a complete contrast to the coastal colours of the South Hams.


Locally Salcombe, Kingsbridge, Totnes, Hope Cove and Dartmouth each host a fabulous range of pubs and eateries, whether you want to celebrate a special occasion or just fancy a quick bite.

We had a delightful time staying in Oak Tree Cabin. The owners were so thoughtful and welcoming, both in them helping us arrive by public transport and the special touches within the cabin itself. The area is so beautiful and peaceful and you're guaranteed to hear bird song from the deck space. The space is comfortable, cosy and well considered. Would definitely visit again and stay longer if we had the chance!
